Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Golf Gear House website and any order you place with Golf Gear House LLC (“Golf Gear House”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, using automated tools to copy its content, or placing orders for resale without our written consent.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account, and for giving us accurate, current information. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
3. Products, prices and availability
All prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax unless stated. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors may look different on your screen, and specifications come from manufacturers and may change. Prices, promotions and availability can change without notice.
Despite our efforts, an item may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price or description, or turn out to be unavailable. In that case we will contact you before taking payment, and we may cancel the order or offer you the correct price.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order on our site is a request to buy. We then check availability and send you an email confirming the items, the final price including shipping and tax, and a secure payment link. A contract between us is formed only when you complete payment through that link. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud; if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their own conditions and can't be combined unless stated.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States from Butler, Pennsylvania. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us promptly. Details are on our Shipping page.
6. Returns and refunds
Unused items in their original packaging and with tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Clubs must show no signs of play. Custom-built and specially ordered items can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or not as ordered. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item has arrived and been checked. 7. Warranties
Products are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties, where offered, and we are glad to help with a claim. Except for those warranties and any rights you have by law, products are sold “as is” and we make no other warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
8. Content and trademarks
The site’s design, text, graphics and the Golf Gear House name and logo belong to Golf Gear House LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission. Other brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell; their use does not mean those brands endorse or sponsor us.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise. Before starting any claim, please contact us; most concerns can be resolved quickly.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to your use of the site and to orders placed after that date.
