This Privacy Policy explains how Golf Gear House LLC (“Golf Gear House”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, place an order or contact us. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us.

• Orders: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the items you order and any notes you add.
• Account: your name, email address, password (stored only in encrypted form), and optionally your phone number, playing hand and saved address.
• Returns and messages: your order number, email, the reason for a return and anything you write to us through our contact or return forms, by email or by phone.
• Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.

Information collected automatically. When you use the site, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of your visit. Your cart and sign-in are remembered with cookies (see Cookies).

Payment information. We do not take card details on our website. After we confirm your order, we send you a secure payment link; your card details are entered on and processed by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

• To process, confirm, ship and track your orders, and to handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To create and manage your account, verify your email address and help you reset your password.
• To answer your questions and provide customer service.
• To send order updates and other service messages.
• To send our newsletter and offers, only if you have subscribed.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
• To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as needed to run our store:

• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order (name, address, phone).
• Payment providers, to process your payment.
• Service providers who host our website and send our emails, under obligations to protect your data and use it only for us.
• Manufacturers, when an item ships directly from them or for a warranty claim you ask us to handle.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:

• Strictly necessary cookies for your cart, checkout, sign-in and security. The site can't work without them.
• Analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. You can accept or decline them in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work.

5. Emails and newsletter

We send service emails about your orders, account and returns. Marketing emails are sent only if you subscribe, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to unsubscribe you at sale@golfghouse.com.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, generally up to seven years. Account information is kept while your account is open; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; messages for as long as needed to help you. After that we delete or anonymize the information.

7. Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored only in encrypted form, and access to customer data is limited to our team. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

8. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your details in your account. You may also ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it, and to stop using it for marketing. Write to sale@golfghouse.com; we will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights, including the right to appeal our decision by replying to our response.

9. California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request access to, correction or deletion of it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. The categories we collect are described in section 1, and the purposes and recipients in sections 2 and 3. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of consumers under 16. 10. Children

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will let account holders know by email or with a notice on the site.
