TaylorMade Qi4D MAX Shadowfall Driver

About this product

This MAX model brings TaylorMade's most forgiving head together with the Shadowfall look. For the first time on a TaylorMade MAX, it has movable Trajectory Adjustment System weights.

A forged 7075 aluminum body saves weight that is used to raise MOI, so mis-hits keep their speed and direction. The 60x Carbon Twist Face uses corrective curvature for straighter results. Right hand, 9° or 10.5°.

Features & specs

• 7075 Aircraft-Grade Aluminum Body: Lighter than titanium, the forged and machined 7075 aluminum construction saves critical weight that engineers redistribute to maximize MOI — delivering best-in-category forgiveness so off-center strikes stay on target and maintain ball speed.
• 60x Carbon Twist Face™: Carbon face saves weight for redistribution to key performance areas, while Twist Face corrective curvature helps tighten downrange dispersion on mishits — delivering straighter results even when the swing isn't perfect.
• TAS Adjustable Weights: Two moveable Trajectory Adjustment System weights give MAX players the ability to optimize flight and spin for the first time in TaylorMade's MAX driver history, opening up personalized fitting options previously unavailable in forgiving driver designs.
• Cut-Through Speed Pocket™: Maintains ball speed on low-face strikes through enhanced face flexibility, ensuring consistent distance even on the common thin impact location many golfers encounter.
• 4° Adjustable Loft Sleeve: Fine-tune launch and trajectory characteristics to optimize carry distance and landing angle for your swing speed and target ball flight.
• Larger, Confidence-Inspiring Head Profile: The generous head shape is specifically designed to inspire confidence at address, lowering perceived difficulty and helping moderate-swing-speed players commit to an aggressive swing.
• REAX™ Shaft Fitting System: Data-driven shaft selection based on rotation rate through impact ensures every MAX player is matched to a shaft specification that maximizes efficiency and speed at impact.
