Features & specs
- Onset Shaft Configuration: The shaft enters behind the face but just forward of the center of gravity, encouraging a pulling motion through impact instead of pushing. The result is blade-like feel with mallet-level aim and stability.
- Lightweight Aluminum Body with Steel Sole Plate: Precision-machined aluminum top with a heavy steel sole plate that lowers CG and adds perimeter weighting for rock-solid consistency, even on off-center contact.
- Pebax® Face Insert: A soft yet resilient elastomer derived from running-shoe technology that delivers a quiet, responsive feel while maintaining consistent energy transfer across the entire face.
- Eye-Tracking Alignment System: A long line combined with a single dot—PING’s research shows this calms the golfer’s vision before the stroke begins, promoting better aim and confidence at address.
- All-White Head with Black Alignment Line: High-contrast color blocking simplifies setup and makes the alignment line pop against the putting surface. It takes a moment to get used to, but the visual clarity is unmatched.
- 370g Head Weight: The heaviest head in the Scottsdale TEC lineup, providing maximum stability and a secure, connected feel through the stroke.
