About this product
The G740 Midnight irons pair a fast Hyper 17-4 stainless face and custom lofts with a wider dual-camber sole for distance and high launch.
Low CG and perimeter weighting make long irons easy. Right or left hand, AWT 3.0 steel or Alta CB graphite.
Features & specs
- Fast Face — Hyper 17-4 stainless steel face paired with custom-engineered lofts for added speed across the set.
- Wider Dual-Camber Sole — A wider sole lowers CG for more distance and higher launch, with dual-camber shaping for turf interaction.
- PurFlex Cavity Badge — A three-piece badge attenuates frequencies at impact to improve the feel and sound of every strike.
- Lower CG — Mass repositioned low in the head produces more speed and a higher launch.
- 17-4 Stainless Steel Body — Perimeter weighting distributes mass to the edges of the head for stability on off-center hits.
- Longer Blade Length — An extended blade adds forgiveness and a more confident look behind the ball.
- Shorter Hosel — Reduced hosel mass is redistributed lower and further from the face center.
- Midnight Finish — A new dark finish across the head, exclusive to this G740 configuration.
