The OPTM MAXK combines a fixed rear weight with an internal weight pad to place the center of gravity as low and far back as possible. That gives 10,000 MOI (9,800 in the 12° head), so the club holds its line even on poor contact.
The back weighting makes high launch easy. A larger forged H.O.T. face and an aerodynamic shape help ball speed and clubhead speed, and the FUTUREFIT33 hosel with SMARTPAD keeps the face square in all 33 settings.
